Rope Team - smoothly working teams

Perfect cooperation is the basis of a successful team. It is based on clear task sharing and on communication. Only together can the summit be reached.

The management of our permanent and part-time staff is modelled on a well coordinated rope team. Also the contact between the mountain guides and the office. This attitude informs regular further education and the transmission of know-how so as to master every single rope length together.
