Taster tour

To get to know Canyoning

Vorarlberg

Familiarizing with the element of water. To swim, slide, jump and rappeling down in a fantastic natural landscape.

For tasters we recommend "Merlins World" near by Dornbirn. Following to a theoretical and practical security briefing we walk down a brook and part of the canyon including all obstacles. First we learn and practice abseiling. Then we scramble along the river bed, sliding down chutes and making small jumps. All the time we take in the spectacular, normally inaccessible scenery.

Alternatively and/or for Children we also recommend the Osang, near to Dafins.

After about one to one and a half hour in the canyon we return to the car in about 20 minutes.

Mostly we take digital picture during the tour and provide them for free on our website.
